The main difference between the brands is how materials are used to construct the coolers. Essick brand coolers feature heavy-gauge galvanized steel cabinet side panels coated with an electrostatically-applied polyester-urethane powder- based finish to protect from weather, chalking, and any discoloring. In some models, Essick coolers feature the unique Celdek(TM) high-efficiency media for powerful cooling performance. These coolers are manufactured at Essick's 220,000 square foot facility in Little Rock, Arkansas.
